Can I have my shipment expedited?

Yes, but doing so may result in additional freight costs.

All items on our website can be expedited via UPS or FedEx. At checkout, select the expedited shipping method of your choice.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Your order will ship in 2 to 3 business days. Large orders will take longer. All estimates are based on business days.

If a shipment is delayed, our customer service team will notify you as soon as possible.

You will receive emails notifications as we process your order. If available, tracking numbers will be provided with your notifications. Tracking can take up to 2 days to appear online through UPS or FedEx.

Do I have to order in full truck load or bulk quantities?

No, there is no minimum order that is required even though we specialize in bulk high-volume orders. Whether it is 1 Gallon of our gel hand sanitizer, or multiple full truck load orders, we have you covered.

Econo-San sanitizing products are available in 1-gallon bottles, 5-gallon pails, 55-gallon drums, 330-gallon totes, and 5,000-gallon bulk loads.

Orders exceeding 150lbs will require freight shipping. Read more about placing a high volume bulk order here.

How do I place an order?

Open a product page by clicking on the thumbnail of your desired product. From there, select the quantity from the drop-down menu below the product information and click the Add to Cart button.

You will now see a cart notification displaying in the top-right of the page.

After adding a product to your cart, you can continue shopping or click the cart icon to open your shopping cart.

When viewing your shopping cart, click the Checkout button to begin placing your order.

You will be prompted on the next screen to provide your contact and business information, delivery address and shipping options, as well as payment and billing information.

After reviewing your order and purchase information, click the Purchase button.

After clicking Purchase, an Order Confirmed page will display.

You will receive an email confirming your order was received.

If your order exceeds 150lbs and requires freight delivery, a member of our customer service team will contact you via telephone and email to provide you a quote for shipping costs.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, contact customer service to arrange a pick up of your order at our Houston facility.

How can I track my order?

If available, tracking numbers will be provided with your notifications. Tracking can take up to 2 days to appear online through UPS or FedEx.

All orders exceeding 150 lbs. will be shipped with delivery confirmation. Items with delivery confirmation for any major carriers will not be refunded for “not received” purposes. You may request signature confirmation by calling our customer service team. Additional charges will apply for signature confirmation.

How do I get a refund?

How does Economy Polymers & Chemicals ensure products meet customers’ specifications?

Economy Polymers & Chemicals is ISO 9001:2008 certified. We have very strict quality control processes and procedures that help us produce the highest quality products and keep our manufacturing rejection rates extremely low.

I thought Economy Polymers & Chemicals was a guar company that only served the hydraulic fracturing industry. Is that true?

It is true that we are the largest supplier of guar gum and guar gum slurries in North America, but our work doesn’t end there. We are basically in guar gum and guar gum derivatives, and sell entire fracturing fluid systems of which guar gum is just one element. We also sell guar gum to a host of other industries, including personal care, paper, food and mining.

When the supply of hand sanitizer became scarce due to the coronavirus pandemic, we decided to shift a significant part of our production resources to help the community in this time of need by re-purposing one of our Guar/FR production lines to make the alcohol-based cleaning product.

Econo-San sanitizing products are now providing hand sanitizer to hospitals, clinics, and local retailers throughout the city of Houston and other surrounding cities.

What if Economy Polymers & Chemicals does not carry a product that I need?

Our team is able to manufacture custom products and chemicals. If you request a product that we currently do not offer, we will work with you to develop a custom

Where does Economy Polymers & Chemicals ship its products?

Economy Polymers & Chemicals can ship to any location — from international to domestic, from stock yard to job site — as long as directions and/or GPS coordinates are provided

Important Information for shipment outside the U.S.

All listed prices on this site are expressed in the currency indicated on the site shopping pages and do not include applicable sales taxes, value added taxes, import or export duties, or other similar charges of any sort except as may be specifically indicated on the applicable shopping page.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring the purchase can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, custom duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. The recipient is also responsible for paying any customs clearance charges. Economy Polymers & Chemicals has no control over these additional charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and Economy Polymers & Chemicals recommends that Buyers contact their local customs office for more information.

If any recipient refuses to pay any import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied upon arrival of their shipment in the country of destination, the order will be returned to Economy Polymers & Chemicals. Economy Polymers & Chemicals will credit the buyer for the original purchase price, less any shipping cost, any customs fees and any other cost that Economy Polymers & Chemicals incurs while processing their order.
